The Oathkeeper Keyblade by vvmasterdrfan The Oathkeeper Keyblade by vvmasterdrfan
ITS FINALLY DONE!!!:la::eager:
The Oathkeeper Keyblade
Every detial carved to perfection.. this is 100% wood. Hand Painted.

I REALLY wish you guys could see this in person.
The camera doesn't do a good job showing its true colors. It took 2 days to paint :(

It changes color depending on the angle, it can sometimes glow green (third picture down) and then glow red (forth picture down)

The white is a Metallic Pearl that is very shiny ^_^. and the handle is very glittery dark blue/gray
The yellow arrow tips glow a glittery red.. the heart is a metallic dark blue that shines green or red. this list goes on..
I really tried to make a unique detailed paint job! :D

Again, I'd like to thank and dedicate this to :iconanti-roxas-99: who is my Master that inspired me to make this and thanks to :iconmogcaiz: for the 3D modeling of this keyblade to help me get it just right ^_^

Commissions begin in May and end in September. Please send a formal note if interested in commissions.

I'd love to hear your comments! :iconexcitedplz:

With my Keyblades, I strive to obtain 100% accuracy in every possible way. I attempt to go beyond by selecting premium unique color choices and even enhancing details to my own designs. Out of love to the Kingdom Hearts series, it is my honor to craft such elite weaponry not only for my personal admiration, but for my fellow cosplayers, prop makers, friends, and fans. I would be nothing without my friends and fans. The intense hard work, sweat, blood, and tears that I put into making these is worth it. I hope that one day my talents and artwork may be recognized highly by others. Thank you.

Well, what can I say? Another job well done by *vvmasterdrfan. Yet another tough keyblade, as well. I'm looking forward to future keyblades done by Johnny.

The unique color job makes this even more difficult to complete, as it's hand-painted and probably took several coats. attention to detail made this project take even longer, yet paid off for him. All in all, a great keyblade, and I'm sure it's not only a sight to behold, but will be greatly used in future cosplays.

I advise anyone looking for a quick and easy tutorial to check the rest of his gallery. You'd be surprised how people-friendly he is.

I've just been curious.... Is that just light reflecting off of the paint, or did you paint a silver base and then paint the colors over it?

I love your work, I'm a huge fan.
I think I'm going to ask my dad to give me a keyblade made by you as my graduation gift. It's better than a ring. <3
